Stocked items are normally despatched within 2 working days.

HOW DO I CORRECTLY MEASURE MY SPACE FOR THE PERFECT RUG?
Simply measure the space and find the closest match on our products pages.

Yes we do accept returns, the only cost the customer would incur is the return postage.

CAN YOUR RUGS BE MADE IN BESPOKE / CUSTOM MADE SIZES TO ORDER?
Many of our handmade rugs can be made to order in most sizes and shapes.
Bespoke sizes take around 12 - 16 weeks and are non-refundable.

HOW LONG WILL MY RUG TAKE TO LIE FLAT AND SETTLE DOWN?
This depends on the type of rug, the ambient room temperature and how frequently used the room is.
Wilton rugs and woven rugs can take longer than tufted rugs to settle, some rugs can take up to 1 month to completely settle down.
The settling process is not normal and not a fault, heat and placing heavy objects on the rugs corners can help the process.
